This is what i am plannin on doin to my vectra.

19" Team Dynamic Diablo's (on order)
FK Coilovers (on order)
Tinted Windows
Dual Twin Exit Exhaust (3" or 3.5" tailpipes)
SRI Rear lights (got them)
Irmscher front grill
colour coded front, side and rear skirts
Chrome Door Handles
Private Plate (got it, just need to register it)
complete alpine system
laptop to store mp3's, movies and sat nav. also will get the connector and software for engine management.
de-badged all round
????I might have the front number plate recess smoothed out and a removable bracket made to hold plate, so i can remove it for shows (make the front end look a bit smoother)????





any ideas, opinions etc are welcome.

Not a critisism but i'm curious.... why buy a base specced model and spend £1000's on it, why not spend the money on a higher specced car. As I say; its not a critisism, I'm just curious!!?

thats one evil looking vectra!!! and im glad to see people modding not just the sri/gsi models. I'll be in the 'normal' front bumper and silver headllight gang next week so im looking for ideas

because at the time i bought the car, i didnt have enought money to get a higher spec car. also i didnt want to spend the extra money at the dealers on higher spec stuff, when i could get aftermarket stuff a bit cheper. so i thought, if i cuold save money buyin a cheaper, lower spec car now, i could use the money id be savin to make it look different/original. and id have the satifaction of turnin a car from standard to something like this.

i'm in the same boat carl...got the 'normal' bumper etc.

mines a 2.0DTi LS - nocturno blue...is yours the same colour...it looks it!

will look v. nice mate, may i suggest carbon look lense covers or sri headlights...

dont know what the colour is called. its a very dark blue and it goes purple in bright sunlight.
i was thinkin about sri headlights, but i dont want to spend £260 odd on a pair and i cant find anyone on here that wants to swap or are sellin any.

but i quite like the look of the silver units now, the silver goes with the wheels and the chrome door handles.
ill leave the silver ones on until i have done everythin and see what it looks like.

sounds like the same colour...the ref is on a sticker inside the drivers door...36U i think the code is.

saturn blue.... almost black but glows blue in the sun. I was looking at an sxi in the same colour.
