Vx where are they made

as title guys unti recently where were uk vectras/ corsas made and where were the euro ones made. havin an argument with a guy in work and need an answer lol

Corsas were made in zaragoza Spain (as was the Nova before that) - although, according to wikipedia, it has been built in Germany (Eisanach)

Vectra C's were built in Ellesmere port before production shifted to Russleheim in Germany (I belive the UK Vec B was built in Luton and prior to its closure before production shifted to Ellesmere port)

As martin says, most Corsas in Spain, though I think the 5-door diesels are built in Germany. Most Vectras are German, and Astras are belgium and Ellesmere Port.

There is a way of finding out where it's built by a number in the VIN number, just can't find the details right now.

Basically, if it's built in the UK the VIN sticker has "Vauxhall Motors Ltd" on it, otherwise it'll have "Opel" written there.
