    Default Exhaust/Bumper

    Hello,

    Yet another exhaust/bumper question!!

I have a 2003 Elegance 2.2 which at present has the standard non visible exhaust and non sri style rear bumper.

I am wanting to get a stainless exhaust in a month or so but want to know if I will need an Sri style rear bumper or if I can just get the lower trim for the bumper or if it will just fit anyway??

    Many Thanks in advance

hi its best to get another bumper (sri one) looks so much better.
but you can cut a hole in the lower part that you have now.

You can get away with cutting the standard rear bumper, but replacing it with an Sri one would set the exhaust off a treat..........

they are completly differant bumpers m8
sri is a whole bumper with a insert for the exhaust.
the normal bumber has a seperate lower part.
so you can not change parts over
not without doing a lot of fibre glass work and filling.

sri bumpers go for about £50 on ebay so it cheaper just to buy a bumber.
and the inserts to buy new are about £50
