    Default product review waterless washes

well guys been a busy weekend, so had the chance to do a product review for you all. bought these a while back and not had chance to use them yet. as i waited for the right conditions.
so this sort of product will only work on a well prepared panel. so using the wife Saab as the guinea pig and the weather this week has been perfect to try this out. no rain so most of the fall out has just been a bit of dust.
OK so its really this simple spray on wipe off. as some of you will know this will scratch you paint work. but for those of us who care we wouldn't use it. but having said that if you did a show or meet and just wanted a quick going over this would be perfect. it also has another use which i have found it to be prefect for. but that's another thread

No that's a portable egg slicer.

    Yep. Probably a similar product.

There are loads of different Quik detailers out there with added whatever but they'll all wreck your paint if you don't take the grit off before using them.

Very good (as Lump says) after the car has been cleaned.

this is not a QD more of a wash system, this stuff has wax fillers etc a detail-er tends to be a cleaner. i would use this at a show etc and it does leave a great finish

Think I would be whincing too much whilst wiping the car with that amount of dust and grit on it.

Maybe after a quick jet wash? But not really convinced.

Same principle though (Not needing to clean the car first). I tried some (not that one ) on the scrap panels I had. It was good on clean panels but where there was cack present it left a clean finish allright but it also left swirls in the paint. Not a fan TBH. Prefer Zaino 8 which seals and lifts the finish at the same time.

On a separate topic I like your idea of a product review. We used some Chemical guys TFR to get some baked on cow **** off Andy's wheels last week. Nothing including my industrial strength Wonder Wheels type stuff would shift it but the TFR brought it straight off. I thought about putting the Pics. up but it seemed a bit lame. It would work in a Product Review section though.

One for you to suggest to Admin. maybe?
