confused Vectra 2005 Breeze Trip Computer

    Hello All,

I bought my first vectra yesterday and to say im pleased with it is an understatement lovely car.. especially when you compare it to the Corsa i had previously lol

The only problem is that there doesnt seem to be a trip computer on the display. When i press the "BC" button the only option that comes up is "Stopwatch". Is this something that is easy to fix? Does anyone know if i can find out if the trip computer is hidden somewhere?

yes it is a big screen (well in comparison to other screens ive seen in cars lol) when i go to the "BC" section on the left where i see the "Stopwatch" it looks like it would fit prob about another 5 other options so i would deffo say it is big.

And yer there are 3 controls on either side of the steering wheel, 2 buttons and a roller/button control

No mention of it being fitted as standard on the Parkers website.

"Multi functional display" yes, but as previously mentioned "driver information centre with trip computer" was only fitted as standard to higher spec models.

Most of the stereo's of this era had a "BC" button, but it depended on the car it was fitted to as to whether it worked or not.

To be honest though it's only a gimmick and in my experience of having it on my Elite, it isn't that accurate anyway.
