    Default Insignia....

Took the ex missus and little un to Peterborough shopping today. Went into Queensgate shopping center and Vx had 2 Insignia's on show. One was the basic model I think, in black (Saloon) starting price £12995 the other was a White SRI. As soon as the lift door opened I made a bee-line for the display, now i'm not a huge fan of white cars but this was absolutly gorgeous. Its the first time I've seen a Insignia close up and in the flesh....I was inpressed!! Had a sit in the SRI and well, I want one. I love the layout, the little stumpy gear shift. One thing I didn't like was the front badge, It was the size of a dinner plate (well not quite) It was massive tho.

I've got a brochure coming in the post and gotta get a test drive organised. Looks like Marshes of P'boro have got some huge discounts going.

Very Very nice motor, if only I had some spare disposable money knocking about

My other car. 1972 1641cc slammed beetle. On the road finally!!

I've seen one in the flesh and I personally think they are a stunning looking car (except for the front badge) far too big IMO (as previously mentioned)
