    Default Brake pipes pre facelift...

    have noticed today while under the car,that both brake pipes that run to the rear of the car next to the fuel pipes are both lets say ******ed very rushy think they have gone passed the sm,ear in grease stage, anybody know if you can buy the full brake pipes from the stealers complete any idea of costs,or is it a roll of brake pipe and flarring tool exercise?

    Just get the roll and flaring tool out..the stealers will pump you i would imagine!

    vauxhall have not supplied ready made brake pipes for many years,chevrolet and saab do but vauxhall dont.i worked for a vauxhall parts dept for 19 years (i left one and a half years a go)

    I have some rear braided brake pipes (Goodridge) i'm trying to sell if you can find out the size of your banjo fittings on the rear? If they are 10mm banjo fittings then these will do the trick mate.

    I probably was a bit vague in what I said earlier. Vx will sell the brake pipes by the kength (6m) that you then have to cut to length etc. If you have ESP then they will sell the engine specific additional pipes that you need that run from servo/master cylinder for the ESP feature.
