    Default how to reduce picture size?

    Have done this before for another forum, but forgot how I did it within windows

    anybody advise

    I use Adobe. But I know there is a tool for windows, But not sure how to do it though. Someone will tell you what to do soon though.

    Thanks, but I have vista, think I have found one VSO image resizer, freeware
