    Default axle weight plate?

    hi, can anyone please tell me if the 1st axle weight refers to the front and the 2nd means the back? i am going to order the eibach pro kit from lmf and there are 4 weights to choose from, for the pre face 3.0ltr cdti. thanks tony

    Your VIN plate weights will look like this (figures may vary depending on which model you have);

    2005 kg
    3605 kg
    1-1065 kg
    2-0985 kg

    The top figure (2005) is the maximum gross weight of the car, so that's you, all your passengers, luggage etc

    The second figure is the maximum permissable train weight and that's all the above but with your trailer or your caravan in tow

    1-1065 is the front axle weight and 2-0985 is the rear axle weight
