Default Some info for the Northwest Meet 23/04/06

Been out today and done a quick reckey for the next meet of the northwest massive and other's
As you know its at the NAG'S HEAD PUB situated just off the A556 near Altrincham 2 mins from J7 M56
For all you peolpe coming north on the M6 come off at J19 just after KNUTSFORD SERVICES and turn right on the A566 heading toward's Altrincham/Stockport/Manchester/Dunham Massey becareful there are two or three speed camera's along that 5 or 6 mile stretch of road
There is a Texaco/Little chef station on the left just as you get on the A556 and a B.P petrol station just before the pub on the right but im not sure if there is a wash in them anymore, but if not there is no were else local you can use to wash the car's SORRY
Then the pub will come up on your left, set back off the road just after going over the motorway if you come to the big roundabout you have gone to far, turn round and come back up the A556

This is were you will turn left in to the pub

And if you were to be coming from Manchester on the M56 traveling towards Chester, Exit at J7 for Birmingham M6/Northwitch/and Lymm A56

Follow slip road until you come to the big roundabout were you can use the left lane to get on to the A556 towards Northwich and Tatton Park

Then follow up for about 500/700 yards were you will need to get in to the right hand lane as there is a slip road in the centre of the road to enter the NAGG'S HEAD

If like others you are coming from the Chester/Wrexham/Runcorn/Ellesmere port area come off the M56 at J7 also signed up the same follow the slip to the big roundabout and turn left then 500/700 yards slip off right in to the pub entrance

So if you get there with all these very very very easy to follow instructions ,This is what you will see

And the car park not that big if there is a lot of people having dinner(been told it gets busy on sunday afternoon's)

But there is the old road in front of the pub

Should be a good spot for the photo shoot all lined up on both side's

There is also a park and a play room for the little one's so see you on the slide phil, and if you are there early enough there is a car boot sale untill 12 oclock for anyone interested(might be able to get some cheap tatty 20" alloys for ya car )

There are two Menu's in the pub for a weekend
There's a adults one with various sunday roast's
    And a children's menu
I hope you can read them but you should get a idea on prices

So i hope all this is of some use to all of you out there if not you can use the website of the pub

So see you all there on the sunday and drive carefully
