Fault Code?

When i start my car up a 4 digit code comes up where the travel-ometer normal is for about 3 seconds then disapears and the normal travel-ometer and mile-ometer apears. Is this some sort of fault code?

I think the code reads 1p3n but i can confirm this when i get to my car in a bit?

dont think so mate, I think the fault codes are only shown up using diagnostic equipment

might be wrong, but im sure that the guys will know more about it

never heard of this one before is it telling you when your next service is due or something like that

thats what it's telling you vx will reset once its been serviced or you can do it yourself though i cant mind the correct procedure though it only takes a couple seconde to do

Hold the foot brake down, hold the mileage reset button in then turn the ignition to position 2

that should reset it

if it does then it was just the service counter
