could be a tell-tale that a bulb is about to properly fail - some folk have mentioned an intermittent bulb failure warning on and off a couple of weeks before the lamp actually blows.

It could be a rear as the brake light is partially illuminated if the sidelight goes check carefully look for symetry!

yea ive been RIGHT through it, checked EVERY bulb, checked EVERY connection, wiggled wires, and flicked all the switches, and all still seems the same!!

the ONLY thing that doesnt work is the nearside rear fog light, i have had it in bits and it isnt wired up so i guess its not supposed to work!! (all ideas for making it work gratefully received )

im thinking it COULD be a bulb on its way out, and am going to keep a VERY close eye on it for the next few weeks!!

I've had this three times now
It's first warning that the electrical resistance i a bulb is higher than the tolerance, and this suggests it is near to failure
You can leave it until it fails completely
The only way to find it is to replace each one for a new bulb until you work out which one is near the end of its life

If you have the Driver Info Centre then the warning message will give you an indication of which ones you need to check
If you only have the warning in the Engine Control Centre, then you need to switch on all the bulbs and then walk round the car and visually check
