    Default rear lights

    have green moss in my rear lights, took them out today but could not see how the lights come apart , any one know ???

    no, but mine has the same in the very bottom outer corners....not much but anoying all the same

    i know saxo owners used to put them in a warm oven to melp the glue and then clean then out tint them and then re glue them ?

    have no idea if the vectra is the same but i have seen it done on a saxo

    looking at the back clusters you could prob get away with baking and seperating them...worth a go

    Same on mine.

    Theory is, if it got in there then it must come out!

    Easiest way i reckon is to remove the cluster, put it on a soft surface like grass or cardboard, and get a pressure washer down the side of it. Just keep the bulb holder in the unit to stop water getting into the lamp.

    You know, what, i'm gonna give this a bash this weekend.

    I had moss in the same place and i know its prob not wise but i went at it point blank with a big karcher kerosine fueled steam cleaner.I got the nozzle a couple of inches from the gap around the light and blasted it no water got in and it did not damage the paint at all that was around 8 months ago and it is still moss free
