Oh I don't doubt that for a second I just think for those of us who have a mild phone phobia they sure monitor their email more otherwise why have one? It just lets their customer service down.

I have no problem with them as a company but it would be nice to know where my £60 gear knob is? I'll ring them tomorrow I think!

I`ve phoned LMF twice to try an order the 314mm brake upgrade kit. Spoke to steve and another gaggy, Neither knew if the parts were in stock. Both said they would find out and ring me back, this was two weeks ago - still waiting for the call.
