    I tried contacting Steve Crook though their website and never got a response. Do i just order my item and mention FAO Steve Crook and explain or is it better to phone him up?

    I have always phoned and asked for steve then explained who i was, once he knows your from vec-c there,s never been a problem that i am aware off

    Likewise. It is particularly frustrating when its a form you have to fill in and submit - i.e. no chance of it getting caught as spam.

    I dont understand why some company's see email as a secondary/inferior form of communication.

    it's cheaper than other sites but I think they're customer service is a bit poor! I ordered some Irmscher bits 10 days ago, gear knob and handbrake cover. Knob still not turned up,no communication at all, I've emailed them but had NO response, not very good in this day and age. I for one hate using the telephone! Unless it's a good deal I think I'd rather pay more somewhere else!

    Just my opinion of them as this has happened a couple of times now!
