Vectra Estate Parcel Shelf Pt 2......Angry!

I had my car in the dealers today for the handbrake recall, On the way home I noticed a rattling coming from the back. On further inspection of the parcel shelf when I got home I am almost 100% certain it has been swapped at the vx dealers!
The handle on the one in it now seems different to the original, there is a big "substance" mark on it and it rattles more so than it did before I took it in.
I have spoken with the service reception and voiced my concerns that I think its been swapped. She told me there was no need for the technician to go in the back. She is going to check with him tomorrow (as he had gone home) and get back to me tomorrow. The annoying thing is i can't prove to vx it's a different one.
What should I do?
Can anyone tell me if there are any slight differences in the parcel shelves between different models & ages? Mine is a 54 plate SRi 150.
Any pics of the handle/back flap where it folds down agains the tailgate would be very helpful.
Sadly I am pretty anal about these things and I would know if I had spilled anything etc.
