Following on from this thread, i've still not had a reply from Thorneys regarding us holding a rolling road meet at their premesis, So following on from PMs between Ian (soulman) and myself we have contacted Track n Road today and as i've found is normal with these guys they had the decency to reply straight away (despite it being a sunday!)
This is of course beneficial to those of us that had the cars on Track n Roads rollers in July as you can compare results better from runs on the same rollers
I originally asked for a Saturday around the 1st week of April, but they are quite busy and the 1st date they have is the 2nd May, so i've emailed them back asking for them to book this date for us...
Hopefully we will get the same sort of turnout as we did back in July
At the last meet we held at track n road we were able to run upto 15 cars a day, as far as i know this is still the case, but im sure this will be confirmed for us by Either of the 2 Steves..

Extract from an email from Track n Road (taken from the previous rolling road meet thread)
normally we run rolling road meets / days with a minimum of 10 and a max of 15 cars being run which we find is ideal...
We usually charge £30 per car and the owners will be given a graph and table of their power run. This will include a log of Air fuel ratio during the run and on forced induction engines boost pressure will be logged.
It would be worth letting people know that we do things a bit
differently from some places and as such there can be a bit of waiting between runs. The emphasis is on quality of information rather than how many cars we can rush through on the day.
We do spend a fair bit of time discussing each run with the owner analysing the results of the power run.
