Default Carbon vinyl? Anybody used or have thoughts?

Quite simple really, I want my dash and door trims to look like the ones in a vxr, chrome bit into carbon.

Any body done this or know what's best to use? I have been looking at carbon vinyl but not sure what to do really. Think it will be the best option as I can then take it off when,

    A) I get fed up with it
    B) fit it and possibly find out I don't like it, I do like the VXR ones though!

Might change the steering wheel bits to carbon too?

Thanks, all input, good or bad really appreciated,

    Robbie

I know you can buy rolls of stuff from demon tweeks. get it in different colours and carbons. shrinks with heat to get a good fit. not sure if you would get it off to easy though if it went wrong.

Hi jb this stuff is the foliatec cockpit foil comes in either anthracite or silver effect . it is available in halfords for just under £30 for a 50 x 50 cm roll , but i have seen it on line at various places for less, ESP i think do it for around £25 , fairly easy to do using a hair dryer to soften and mould the foil that and a knife and scissors is all you need along with some patience.
