    Default Quick help needed

Doing oil change on car, jacked up at the moment. Problem is I can't get the sump plug out it won't budge. It's one of those torx ones, I've had grips round it aswell and still it won't move.

Any hints on how to get it out.

Chisel and light hammer. Sometimes it's the only way. You will probably need a new one afterwards.

I'll give the allen key a go.

A little bit of gunge is likely. Not excessively though. hope you cleaned it whilst you were there. A cloth dipped in petrol works and an old toothbrush for the corners.

Yeah gave it quick wipe out

Success with the allen key! Giving it time to cool a bit must have helped. Will have to run it for a bit to get the oil warmed up again.

    Thanks for the help guys.
