    i live near norfolk and thats just the tip of the iceberg m8 around here.
    m8 of mine had his car destroyed by a forigner driver up a dual carrage way the wrong way. he didnt even go to court, my m8 was out of pocket £3000 for his car and £1000 storage fees for his car in a compound.
    a another m8 of my wife had a forigner go into her house and go upstairs and used the toilet.
    they held the man untill the police come and they cant do anything as its a cival matter and the police told them that they could have been done for holding the forigner against his will (kiddnapping).

    but if you get aught speeding by camera in mainland europe they will actualy trace you and give you the fine,this country are lazy,if it means an overpaid clerk has do some work and they wont do that
