    This is not acceptable, as in the email below It states you had them in stock, I could have gone to spax direct, I used you because spax said THEY didnt have them in stock and you said you DID. Instead I am now carless for weeks awaiting springs everyday and have had to tell my work they are in the post and take unpaid leave because of transport issues - it is also playing havoc getting my heavily pregnant wife in and out of hospital!
    When will they arrive and what kind of compensation are you going to give me? Had I known you didnt have them I would have used the money to source from elsewere and would probably have got them by now, instead im probbably just as quick if not quicker waiting.

    I have just spoken to Spax direct and unfortunately they have not informed me that this kit was not in stock in the warehouse and so the delivery time will be 2-3 weeks.
    I have checked another spring company called PI and they also do not keep this kit in stock, it will be 2-3 weeks.
    Please let me know what you would like to do and again we apologise on our Spax warehouse not informing us of this and making you wait all week.

    So I need to wait 2-3 weeks from now? When on the spax website on the day I ordered them it said 2-3 weeks from then? And please stop blaming SPAX, I dont really care who is to blame, I dont deal with SPAX personally, YOU do, if there is a problem with them you need to take it up with them, it doent help me any especially seeing how out of pocket I now am because YOU promised me these by monday.

    I know this is unacceptable.
    When i Spoke to Spax direct on Friday they assured me that these springs were in stock and you could have delivery for Monday and so the order was placed for you.
    I have since called Spax this morning because you still have not received your springs and they tell me that the warehouse had informed them they were not in stock. The warehouse did not tell us this before today and so we thought they had been sent out to you.
    The delivery time on this is currently now 2-3 weeks.
    We apologise again for the error that has occurred due to the warehouse not informing us of the item not being in stock.

    I only picked them because after ringing round 20+ places, they were the only ones that said they were in stock, I also payed more from them because I thoguht it would be quick delivery

    yes they are bankers too,i tryed them too last week along with all the other number in total vauxhall.ive come to terms with it now there are no PI springs left in england.

    Dear Stephen,

    I have spoken to Spax regarding the shipping on these springs and they said another order was placed on 17th February for these plus a number of other items that will be shipped over to the UK.
    Delivery will therefore be 2-3 weeks from the 17th.

    Agree Potn make the same mess up with my induction kit, stating the could do next day delivery and when it didm't arrive they blamed K&N.
