parrot mki remote

hi all has anyone else had any problems "pairing" the rf remote to the unit
mine wont work - i've tested the lithium battery voltage and thats ok

handbook with unit gives no instruction -

downloaded the pdf file and that shows a pairing mode but this doesnt work !!!

Have a look on the Parrot website forum page,there was a thread about pairing,2or 3 buttons have to be pressed at the same time?.

yes mate, as per my initial request, attempted that within the first 30 seconds of starting the car.....nothing happens supposed to get a pairing complete message, but i dont!
