Default Putting Windows Down With Key?

I was reading through the manual for my new vectra and theres a section telling you how to put the windows down using the button on the keys

normally there is an asterisk (*) beside it in the manual if its depending on the model you have ... however it isn't there for this and I have tried it but doesnt seem to be working ...

Is this model specific and if so which models have it?

    Cheers!
