After having had enough of the musical back end, with all its squeeks and rumbles, the car is off to Lookers B'head on Thursday am.
Asked if i could wait whilst the problem is diagnosed, to which I was told "No sir, it could be a big job."

Trying to make it sound like they will fix it on the spot.....
yeah right!!

what they mean is "no, we're going to leave it till an hour before we close until we look at it"!

Thats exactly what I was thinking - well, after the last lot of carry on over the EGR and swirl valves, they are going to be getting constant phone calls until its sorted to my satisfaction.
And Vx customer services are only a phone call away to make things even more difficult for them!

Sod em - just go and wait in the waiting room where you can see the car being worked on and stay there till they fix it...
