soon for sale vectra B SRI 140

As we are getting a new vectra at the start of March, just wondering how much I might get for the old girl!

she is 1999 facelift SRI 140 in star silver, still scrubs up nice and drives good, high miles at 164k, full main dealer history to 118k, had it for 4 years and has been reliable, tested til july, no tax (expires end of month)

needs a tyre on the front, needs new font discs/pads, slight oil leak from top cover, has a crack in the manifold, but has been like this for 2 years, still passes test ok.

I guess will not get much for her, I paid 3400 4 years ago with 118k on the clock, but looking around they rarely reach a grand now.

any input as to how much I should avertise and where etc, welcome

thanks, the car is filthy at the mo, will do some pics when its all cleaned up, yes the vectra B sri's stood out, now you need to really look at the badge to determine, even the taxi's are running about in them!!!

You'd be lucky to get a grand at the moment if it was perfect , with those problems you mention I wouldn't wanna pay more than £500 , but that's me .
Sort the niggles and it will sell easier .

yes your right, I will be selling it as is tho, and once its cleaned up it will look nice, would be happy to get 6 to 700 for it, seen one on epay with knackered gearbox go for over 400 and it was green!!!

Well i got 1600 for my 140 sri with 77k it was a faclife 2000 model i must have been really luck i didn't realise they were that cheep!
