    Default de-badged signum

afternoon all, today I decided to wash and polish the car ect....then i decided debadging was a good idea on the front doors, so i took a hairdrier, a spatular and a spoinge to the car. Unfortunately on one side it has left marks were the badge was, and almost like very fine scratches - looks more like its dull were the rest is polished any ideas ?

I used some electraclean ( alcohol spray ) and it seems to have got most off - you can only see any marks now from about an inch away , after a couple polishes im sure it will look 100%...and with the electraclean..i used in very moderate amounts for short time and washed it well off afterwards.
and added an irmy badge at the back

ohhh, and washed the engine as well busy busy today...tomorows task....the interior :|
