Annoying things that are put in or dont get put in posts.................

My first gripe is as soon as they get a problem with their car they use the words "never buying a vauxhall again" or "no more vauxhalls for me".

You then find out that:

the car is high mileage (problem is wear and tear!)
the car is old (problem is age and wear and tear!)
they never checked the car when they brought it (the garage has mugged them)
the car has been used and abused (it had 27 owners including 3 lease/hire companies and 1 old lady who only used to go to Santa Pod at the weekend)

My other gripe is:

Help I have a problem but I not going to give you any details about my car

If you need help we need the following info.

1. What Vauxhall is it! (the times people come on asking for help with their Vectra only to find its a Vectra B)
2.Engine
3.Trim level
3.mileage (so we can see if it has exceeded the 60k warranty or that we could be looking for faults that are general wear and tear)
4.date of manufacture (so we can tell if it has an warranty left)
5.any major work carried out
6.any modifications carried out
6.What has been done so far to try and solve the problem

there rant over and now I am going to lie down in a dark room for a while
