    Default what to do after claying car?

    hi all i have just come in from claying the car what i want to know is do i have to wash it again before waxing? pics later

    Once clayed, wash again, then start on the finish, polish, glaze, and wax or seal to protect the finish.Then collapse........

    managed to wash it,dry it and a coat of nattys blue before the heavens opened so no pics yet sorry but the paintwork is so smooth i dont know why i didnt do it sooner

    The reason for washing after clay is to remove anything that the clay or clay lube have left behind, quick detailer, small peices of clay as when some clays become expired they start to brake up and fall apart. washing again removes everything and the result is a better finish especially if you just apply a coat of wax rather than paint cleanser, or polishing and glaze then wax.
