But they were 4 hours long each. Did them in the army over 4 days

12 lessons including the hour before my test, I remember I felt hard done by I had to wait 8 weeks for a test appointment. On the plus side back then lessons were £10 an hour if you booked 10 at a time, when I hear how much people spend learing to drive now, well.......
