On my way to work for my first night shift at 5.30 When a woman pulled out in front of us. Luckily mate managed to hit the brakes but still have her a wack and spun the cars out. Broken the drive shaft on mates car. Police called as couldnt move mates car. turns out she has no MOT!! Police also talking of doing her for careless driving as there was no real reason why she pulled out the way she did. SO now at home with aches n pains and a beer OH and luckily wasnt my vecy

Nope. No MOT doesn't void the third party cover.

I did worry about the insurance thing. Police computer showing no MOT but she swears she has one. TIme will tell. Couldnt believe she pulled out tho!! Police turned up in great time too, so much glass and stuff in road.

When it happened people just drove off! only 1 bloke stopped to be a witness. Few beers his way tomorrow

provided everyone was ok, the worst thing about a fender bender is the pain in the ass factor, numerous phone calls and legwork afterwards. like you say, it could have been worse - it could have been your car!
