    What do you guys think of this unit

    I'm looking for a good double din unit at around this price...any other recommendations?

    I've bought quite a few DVD player headunits and sun visor screens off ebay. Usually okay. you get what you pay for though.. and small things like quality and backgrounds etc are so much better on a Kenwood or JVC etc. Saying that, being a cheapskate, I've had 3 DVD headunits on different cars and they were fine!

    One thing i found with ebay though is that you have to read the description really well! I did end up with a 'dvd screen head unit' that was exactly that.. a screen that popped open like normal but had no disk slot.. and needed an external dvd player lol. ******s!

    Let me know how you get on though, as I was looking on there not long ago and considering replacing my CD 70. Just worried about the little LCD screen being blank all the time

    read the description very very closely...

    very good unit for the money

    the 1091 model is better as the complete face comes off.
