I think that there are two types mate

Standard pollen filter - white
Charcole filter - dark - like the other in your pic..

Suspect that yours maybe the latter in that pic??

I think yours is the dark one anyway matey. Give it a tap on sothing white and see how much muck comes out of it

Nope, definately white underneath all that ****e, I tapped it against the box of the new one, and it also has the same GM part number on it.

as they said, 2 types available (not saying yours is the carbon one) but one with carbon lining and looks black.

I paid £10.06 for the filter from VX yesterday......so autovaux are a really good price
