Ready for tomorrows meet

Hey all, hope everyones ok!

So, this morning i set about getting the Vectra ready for the Yorkshire regional meet tomorrow (Organised by Pte), and just thought id share a few piccies with you guys.

Heres some shots of the car before i started:

Very dirty isnt it, heres all my cleaning products. I keep it in a box in the boot of the car because i sometimes get asked to do a few details for people.

I didnt take any pictures of the car while i was actually cleaning it, but heres how it looked after i finished it - what do ya think?

The products i used were:

- Wash with Meguiars Gold Class
- Wheels done with some wheel acid i get from my last employees
- Dryed with Auto Glym Hydra Flexi Blade and a clean leather
- Wheels dressed with Meguiars Endurance Tyre Gel
- Polished with Meguiars Deep Crystal #2 Pure Polish
- Waxed with Pinnacle Natural Brilliance Souveran Paste Wax
- Windows Cleaned with Meguiars NXT Generation Glass Cleaner
- Trim done with Meguiars Trim Detailer.

The tyres look a bit messy because i was working between the rain showers and was moving the car in and out of the garage.

Micky, it might be worth trying out the Pinnacle Souveran wax on yours mate! Its a bit pricey at £40 from C+S but would make your black paint look like a mirror because its mainly for red and black cars.

Spit and wax would make Mickys tractor like a mirror in my opinion , what do you reckon Matt ?

Cheers mate, ive just bought some meguiares #16 mirror glaze, so when i FINALLY get it bak from VX ( after quick fit F**ked my tilt sensor up) i'll try it...cheers mate.

Sure would caprimanuk, ive been reading a post about it on detailingworld.co.uk that AJA has posted up. Couldnt beleive my eyes when i saw the picture of the guys car!!!
