Default Update on Sick Signum CDTI 150

Well, got the ignum back last tuesday after 5 days with Vx. Came back driving fine after they had regen'd the DPF and replaced the starter motor - there was no longer a lack of power when pulling away under 2k revs.

On Friday, the problem happened again in a traffic jam and its back with Vx again.
Its def not the EGR as its been stripped by Vx and it wasnt blocked up.
Are the swirl valves likely to cause this problem??

What is the labour time for replacing the inlet manifold - the rail inside is knackered and cant be reseated.
I knew something was wrong but Vx were adament it was the DPF.
