I would just like to thank the ppl that turned up today,was a little bit chilly but hey ho it is winter still
had a great show of clean cough cough cars
Porkballs (Howard)(and Dad) lost his Vec-c virginty and turned up in his great looking Sigbum...There were 4 sigbums alltogether, so they are getting rather common lol I wont list evyone but you know who you are We stood and chatted for about an hour and a half,then decided no more were coming so we headed inside for some hot drinks and food.Plasma then double checked with the vx garage that it was all ok to pop round there and have a nosey at the insignia .......Think we all fell in love with the 20" alloys on the show car,we were all in agreement that the front VX badge looked to big .but overall not a bad looking motor.Thats enough typing now>>>> the pictures to follow later as i,m having trouble uploading

Was nice to meet some of the regular faces today And was nice to meet Howard and his father (hope to see you again at another meet at some point).

Looks like theres some ideas on the go for new mods from someone with an estate
And a thank you to Lewis the salesman at vauxhall for letting us pull the new insignia apart abit

All in all a good turnout I managed to buy some new clothes from JJB's whilst there too.
Now when is Pete gonna turn up !

9 cars at Lakeside meet. 4 Signums,1 Estate and 4 Hatchbacks.

Quite cold to start with but warmed up in the food hall with coffes and burgers.

Good to see usual suspects and meet Howard (Porkballs) and dad.

Dean organised lookin at Toni Levoi's to check out the Insignia.

3 models, all hatchbacks I think, 2 SRI's and a SE.

Ian liked 20" alloys but closer inspection looked like bolts and nuts instead of studs to retain wheels!

All thought the new Vauxhall badge to be too big, but the car grows on you.

Good meet and story swapping. Titbits and information. Now I know I have to buy a new wiper linkage. *!~".

Thats what meets are all about!
