i would have a go m8, i sprayed my vxr insert with halfrauds paint and the match is very good.......

not telling you what to do m8 but prep is everythink

if you make sure your primer is smooth then the paint should go on a treat

if you balls it up then its cost you £10 for paint and lacker

go for it m8...i wish i lived near you m8 i would do it for you

when i done mine i done plenty of thin coats and 5 coating of lacker...it feels a little rough so i wet and dryed it with 1500 paper with loads of soapy water to make it smooth but i never went mad just minor rubbing to take the roughtness off then i gave it a good polish and it was done

Looking good Glen, will look ace when painted and fitted.
Like Big Rich says have a go yourself, the worst that can happen is it costs you £10 in wasted materials.
