Angry Water in boot - Please help

Recentley got myself a 2003 Vectra (C) 2.0Dti (ex Ford owner). Unfortunatly it comes with the added luxuary of a swimming pool in the boot.

Have been reading other threads about dodgy rubber seals under the arial on the Vectra B. Does this problem affect the new Vectra C also ?

On my car, the rubber seal under the arial has some tiny cracks in it and can be lifted upwards by a few milimeters easily. Could this be where the water is comming in from ?

the carpet does not get wet, just end up with lots of water where the spare wheel is.

Any advice ? How can I go about fixing it?
Anyone had similar problem with a Vectra C ?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks armoured farmer, for the quick reply.

I still think its comming from the arial because there are a few drops of water behind where the fuse box is, above the height of the lights. If I put my hand behind and above the fuse box, the area is wet.

Does your aerial have the washer nozzle built into it? It could be it's the tubing going to it leaking/becoming partly disconnected. I had a similar problem in my Astra G, with water ingress into the back, and traced it back to the tubing coming loose.
