I will have to take a look also, Ive had Vec C Pre Facelift for 3 years, my current Vec C for 18 months and never knew this ... blimey I need to check this out

years ago, when i was in my teens, a girl i used to go out with had a mini, we put some petrol in at northwich and when we parked up in altrincham, there was the petrol cap, still wedged into the roof gutter where she'd left it.

not much relevance to the thread really, just thought i'd share it with you.

Yep, the good ole roof gutter trims. There to always serve more than one purpose but mainly to stop water pouring off your roof into your car if the window was open!
