    Default re-spraying

    am looking to c/c the chrome boot strip and my v from the grille,probably a daft question but jsut want to make sure,are you better off c/c them indoors or would it be ok to do it outside in my garage,it'l be rally cold though so am thinkin probably not.

    I would do it in the garage mate, you don't want your house stinking of aerosol paint!!

    You could always take it in after to let it dry!!

    when I tried spraying in the cold a few weeks ago the paint went a matt finish instead of gloss and had to use laquer..if I were to do it again I would do it in a heated enviroment

    well when i done my side repeaters they the laquer on them went a little bit misty,but they turned out ok when i had a look the next day :|.just not up for the chance of havin to rub it down and buy more paint.al maybe give the strip a try and see how that goes but if it turns out bad least its not the both of them that'l be mucked up.

    to cold in this weather to paint it will just Bloom you need heat and dry weather

    Can you heat the garage? Even so the air is damp at this time of year.

    I think I would wait for warmer times then do it in the garage.
