    Default how to fit a dtuk cdr2 red box to my 150 1.9cdti

    Hi guys im purchasing a cdr2 red box (dtuk) and am wondering are they as easy to fit as everone says? never fitted anything like that before so am looking for some pointers as to how to do it, looked in the how 2's section but couldnt find one for this particular mod,

    thankyou, looking at the picture of the one im buying there is what lookis like a red lead coming off itt too, does that go to the battery or something?

    that is for a cterman box is it pretty much the same as fitting one of those then?

    can you post a pic up of the one you are buying, as the crd red box I have doesnt have the red wire, just a harness with a single plug on the end.

    The new CRD red box comes with a wire that needs to be connected to the battery.

    CRD2 Systems
    We now supply a 12v power lead with CRD2 systems which needs to be attached to the positive terminal of your battery
    LED’s DO NOT illuminate. When ignition is switched on,please refer to the CRD2(07) instruction manual

    yeah here is the pic this is a crd2(9) red box if thats makes it any different?? does any one else have one like this for there vectra?

    Same as the CRD(7), just connect the red wire to the positive on the battery (as per the AON site)
