Door marker lights.

Noticed on pics of Andy's SRi in the gallery that he has lights in the outside edges of the door, I assume the ae marker lights and illuminate the floor when the doors are open (I think I remember seeing them on a 53 plate Vec C I had as a courtesy car a couple of years ago).

I want these in my doors, can I fit them, is the wiring in the doors etc etc!!!!!!

Leeds vec is your man, im sure hes looked at retro fitting these.

Yet another example (ive honestly lost count now) of vauxhall dropping stuff of later models specs.

Just looked at the doors..... no blanking plates.... cutting the roof lining for the interior light was stressful enough, don't think I can bring myself to cut holes in the doors!!!!

my old 03 vec sxi had kerb lights and i was thinking of getting some for my sri but as jamie says dont fancy cutting holes in metal plates

They have to be programmed via tech2 once fitted also. Not worth the hassle this one. Andy's correct the list is mounting on dropped spec on later models. On the Vectra B late models loads of spec was added yet on the C they are dropping loads.
