    Default so ****** angry

    i hate my f***ing computer it has just died again for the 5th time in about a year 1/2 .took it back to comet again where i bought it (i work for them in distribution warehouse) and was told it would have to be sent off for repair again.
    the manager told me to take it home and phone a number to arrange to have it collected i told him its a pile of s**t and if i left the store with it i would throw it in the canal on the way home rather than go threw all the hasle again.
    looking shocked (the manager) i told him i have bought the f***ING thing and you lot have had it nearly as long as i have it keep having repairs i am peed off.
    he gave me a phone number to ring tomorrow so someone else better put on their flack jacket cos im going to if i dont get a new one


    left the store minus my cr***y computer and went to brother in laws to borrow this one.i will phone them tomorrow if i get nowhere im phoning trading standards.
    it really makes me so mad i have paid for it and they have it for about 2 weeks each time really not happy.

    comet are useless my laptop went back 5 times and they refused to give me a new one, kept getting sent away then returned stating that there was nothing wrong with it!!! on the 6th time it crashed and went t175 up i head butted the screen through i was that angry (seriously i was fumming)....the laptop was a acer one.....ended up buying the one i am using now 18 months a go with not one problem ( as he touches wood lol)

    comet are useless m8

    I brought a fridge from there a few years. The roof fell through in the kitchen and ruined the old one. The insurance company brought it with a cheque and it arrived dented Comet said they would replace it but it would take a week without a fridge and 2 weeks to get our money back and buy elsewhere. Only consolation we have is knowing that we shouted at them so loud that we emptied their store and have never brought from there again.

    When you say died, has it physically gone wrong or is it something up with the software?

    If it's physically busted, you can demand a full refund under the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 as it's clearly not fit for the intended purpose. Write to them formally and they won't have a leg to stand on.

    They didn't lose it, they sold it to jb-redbull.
