    Default Cold weather Motorway hazards.

Been down to LMF today to buy some "things" and couldn't believe the amount of lorries with HUGE sheets of ice flying off the top of the trailers.

Wouldn't like one of those hitting me at 70 mph !

Stuck in roadworks on the M6 at J5 and a van pulls up next to me, gawd knows how he could see out of his windscreen ! The guy was half leaning out the side window trying to wipe the screen clean ! Obviously had no water in the washer bottle !

Also, have you noticed that the snow shows up EXACTLY where drivers have driven where they shouldn't have ?
I saw some tracks on a slip road where a driver had only just made the exit ramp, obviously last second action taken ! Shocking .

Have consideration for the deaf, if you're gunna fart, make it smell !

Saw a car this morning driving up the M5 with about 4inch of snow on the roof, thing was he was in the 3rd lane doing more than 70mph shall we say
No wonder there was no-one behind him

i was nosying out the window this morning as you do .....a woman in a 4by4 jeepy thing had to brake a bit sharpish at the mini rounabout outside my house .resulting in the whole of the snow on her roof to slide nicely down over her windowscreen.just image that happening on a motor way ..obviously she had to get out and caused a mini holdup while she got armfuls of snow off the front of her jeep
