Swapping the HUD ????????

Hey Dudes. I was wanting to change the consle display screen for a normal monitor as shown in the picture...... A few questions though first.
I have an 04 signum with the aircon so the display for the temps and fan speed are shown on the screen. Can I straight swap the heater controls for the other style ones shown in the picture so that i can get rid of the screen to fit my monitor in...
What sort of monitor do I need to buy?

Are you asking if you can change your normal AC controls for the climate control ones? If yes, then the simple answer is no. Why would that help anyway? - the CC still displays info in the display.

I am not sure whether i have ac or cc controls. The one I have, have no markings on them to say how cold or hot it is or fan speeds. I want to swap them for the style with markings on so that i can get rid of the display
