    Default Possible Shock/Suspension Problem?

So the other day I noticed that the rear of my car is slightly lower at the left (looking from the back, the rear passenger side). I thought nothing of it, thinking perhaps I was on an uneven surface. At the time, I could fit my fist under the rear driver arch, snugly on top of the wheel, however I couldn’t do the same on the passenger side (only got 3 fingers in or so) – therefore and indifference.

A few days later, I noticed everything appeared level again, however this time, I couldn’t make a fist under the arch of either wheel, even though they were both at the same attitude. The gap between the wheel and the arch is slightly greater at the front than it is at the rear, with an empty boot.

Is this normal or do you think I could have suspension/shock problems?

    Cheers

Sounds ok, but check the springs as they have a nasty habbit of snapping
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

Yeah - have just been reading some "spring" related threads! I'd surely know about it though if the springs had gone? There's no noise or handling problems...

    (I've fookin jinxed it now!)

Would you know? Its not always clear. I'd have a quick look anyway, just to be sure.
