All,

Placed an order for the Meriva VXR today. My Vec c is now for sale at £6800 complete with all Irmscher add ons and dvd. I will place a more comprehensive list and pics in the for sale section.

Yes should be great. Gone for Flame red with matching recaros and AFL as an option. The standard spec is quite high so no mods planned. The dealers were quite interested as they didn't know it existed!! Typical! Got a good price as i'm on Vauxhall partners programme also played them off with a few online dealers. Srtuggle with the meets Alex as i work every weekend and i'm off mainly during the week. Will try my best to get to one. Looking at 6 weeks delivery as they are built in Portugal apparantly!

Here's why:-

Mines coming up 3 years old so out of warranty also will be due MOT. I don't keep cars beyond this age. Also i will be changing jobs this year which will involve been at work normal hours during the week including a company car as apposed to nights so ourlass has the car during the day but she moans about the size, messing about with child seat at low level etc. So the compromise a family mpv with performance for me!

Hope your not suggesting the meriva is ugly as you will have a different opinion once you have seen a VXR.

Thanks Techwolf, the VXR has tinted rear windows also which isn't pictured on the OPC version. There again colour sat nav isn't available in the UK but it's pictured on the OPC one!

Na nothing of the sort, but as you explain above Leeds, it's a bit of a girl power car isn't it, still I understand your reasons for it now....carry on, :-)
