    Default bit of a rant!!

    well it was my 21st birthday on thurs i got sum money and decided to get sum more mods dun ordered smoked tail lights, clear side repaters from ultimate styling threw ebay £90 delivered fitted thm and well happy. so next day i ordered my hid kit + side light bulbs from hids direct, great was here next day as promised.also same day ordered these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...%3DI%26otn%3D2 delivery was late but thought nothing opened 1 fine opened other and took it out of box to here a rattle and the inside of the light was lose so is no good and a handfull of broken plastic came out the light so messeged them threw ebay they asked for my number yesturday morning and thn said someone will b in touch ASAP!! stil waiting now so not happy having broken light and hid kit sitin waiting to b fitted any 1 else had dealings with online performance gd or bad?? sorry for the long post but thougt i wud get it off me chest lol rant over!!

    Chase them up and tell them you want somthing doing about it or will launch dispute with Ebay and Paypal, should do the trick

    I'd ask for a lesson in correct English too!

    Although e-bay normally rule in favour of the buyer so I think you will be ok. Did you pay via paypal? As if you did they won't release his money until you have left positive feedback!
    Now I need a turbo to keep up!

    Take pictures of the item including packing. Open a dispute with 'paypal' & explain the problem. You will have to be patient but in most cases 'paypal' will agree your complaint as long as it was poor packing & refund the money. It takes time hope this helps?

    I just checked the sellers 'Feedback' & it looks good I would be inclined to contact them with a polite email (I know you are stressed) explaining the problem & send photos. Good Luck...

    take it you dont send text messages much then big sig!! lmao well i do as u can tell ha ha

    i have sent polite emails askin them to call me and i get same message "i will have someome call you ASAP!!" and i cant open a dispute till ten days after purchase. so i'll be waiting for a phone call then.
