    Default What do you use?

Well just curious to what you guys use and what process you go through when giving you car the treatment. i generally do as follows

    1. Wash down with shampood water
    2. Leather off
    3. Meguiars Clay kit (genrally every other clean not everytime)
    4. Meguiars NTX Spray on wax
    5. Give it a good microfibre down for a shiney finish.

Had some good rsults from that process but thinking maybe a bit more protection could be applied.

    Matt

I clay our cars twice a year. The bit that seems to be missing is the polish stage. AG SRP works very well by hand. The NXT wax is OK (NXT 2.0 gets better press) but it won't protect like a good Carnauba wax.

Drying towel is also less likely to cause damage than a Chamios.

Invest in some Collinte wax as it lasts for ages and gives a really nice shine. If you have the money available go for the Valentines Wax from Autobrite as it is superb stuff. Autobrite have a offer on this at the moment and it comes with a free gift to keep the other half happy and its £50 / £55 instead of £89
