just showing my face just say hi, some may of seen/spoke on clubvec a few times.

and gatehr some information.

i am after a new car, i got the vec b face lift and want rid now.

im looking at a signum 1.9 cdti (150 bhp)

and a vec c SRI cdti (150 bhp too)

what is peoples views?

In my opinion by far the best engine (but I am biased, ask anyone on here). The 150 CDTi has the best compromise between economy and performance. You can't go wrong with either the Signum or the Vec.

Ive only got a 1.8 , but its seen 130,000 miles without a problem ! Appart from gearboxes , suspension.............etc etc................Welcome mate , get a CDTi If I was you .

welcome to the site mate. as a taxi driver i`ve used loads of different cars,from a bmw upwards bypassing fords of course and nothing as good as the 1.9 150 i`m using now.
