    Default Freebies From Vx Dealer

Hi, after my car was butchered by some 17 yr old "apprentice" learning how to make more work for the garage he works in, I, to my amazement discovered that the dealer had thrown in a couple of free extras.

1 - Complimentary oil stain paintwork upgrade

2 - Complimentary scratch #1 on the corner of the rear bumper

3 - Complimentary scratch #2 on the lower mid of the rear bumper

4 - Complimentary scratch #3 on the front wing

Quite why the bonnet was even opened to replace rear suspension parts is beyond me!

You lucky ******. Last time my car was at the dealers, all I got was a free dash warning light. They didn't even have the decency to leave grubby finger prints on the interior. Obviously amateurs compared to your dealership!

I envy both of you!. I never even got to the dealer....Booked it in a week in advance, They rang me 3 days before to say they didn't have the expertese available (no surprise). Then they rang me to ask why I hadn't turned up.

I once asked a dealer to change the bulb on the heater controls on my old Astra and, not only did they damage the dash and then accuse me of doing it, they then presented me with a bill of over £80 for the job!

i normally get right into the good stuff by having me sit holding on the phone for 5 minutes listening to green leavesuntil i can even be connected to the service desk. Then i get told that its 2 weeks wait for a courtesy car...(read - filthly 1.0 3cyl corsa running on petrol fumes). I feel so privaleged. I do usually get grubby finger marks on the front wings which ive spent ages waxing, and i also get a free paper car mat with oily boot prints, and a white bin bag seat cover for my troubles.

I love my dealer. I Even strayed to another dealer last time but unfortunatly all i got was the service book filled in in the wrong section making it look like my car was 2 months late for its 12months sevice rather than 8 months early for its (actual) first ecoflex service.
